Complete this form when requesting that O’Connell Prep staff administer medication to a student during the school day.

Provide current emergency contacts, medical information and other important details for your student.

Access important transportation information for O’Connell Prep students, including van rider information, transportation procedures and student parking forms and requirements.

Students and parents have been emailed information for logging into Plus Portals.

Students were also provided with their O'Connell email address.

It's time to run for Student Council!

Applications are available with Ms. Pena and are due by August 25th.

Campaign Rules:

Students are not allowed to hand out swag, food, drinks or other items.

Doing so will result in disqualification.

Students may campaign using signs, but all signs must be approved by Ms. Pena before being displayed.

Voting will take place Friday, August 28th.

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and compete for O'Connell College Preparatory School?

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our official Esports Program, competing in the official PlayVS League!

We will be competing in:

• Rocket League
• NBA2K
• Super Smash Bros.
• Mario Kart

This is your chance to represent O'Connell, join a team and compete against other schools in a structured, competitive environment.

To participate:

1. Fill out all student and guardian information.
2. Check your preferred game(s).
3. Ensure all parent/guardian consent forms are signed.
4. Include the $100 TAPPS Competition Fee with your registration.

Return the completed physical form to Mr. Crummett by September 1st to secure your spot on the team.

Picture Day is September 1st. Your student will wear full mass uniform. Search for your student, view school photos and order pictures or yearbooks through Strawbridge Studios.
